Return and Refund:
Carriall offers you a “no question asked” return and refund policy.

You may choose to return the product within the 10 days of the purchase, by contacting us on hello@carriall.com or WhatsApp us on our Customer Care number – 8888099991, post 10 days the return window shall not be available.

You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice.

Our courier partner will collect the order from your doorsteps. You need not pay any shipping charges while returning the product.

Refund process shall begin once we have received the product in an unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

We will refund the amount of your return item once we have received your bank details on EMAIL (hello@carriall.com).

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account within 3 to 5 working days.
